Des tomates autonomes avenue Laplace

Nées dans l’Hérault à Lodève, les tomates autonomes de Pascal Poot se sont déjà disséminées dans les rues d’Arcueil. Ici en photo avenue Laplace, en juin 2018, devant la résidence Zola.

Dans son « Conservatoire de tomates » de Lodève, Pascal Poot a développé un mode de culture de tomates ne nécessitant ni arrosage, ni entretien, ni pesticides. Au fil des années, il a créé des souches adaptées à ce mode de culture, qui essaiment aujourd’hui un peu partout.

Ce sont ces tomates à la résistance exceptionnelle qui poussent depuis juin 2018 dans certains jardins partagés, et en bordure de l’avenue Laplace, au niveau de la résidence Zola. Ces essences presque redevenues sauvages et ultra-adaptées aux conditions difficiles vont-elles s’accommoder de notre climat un tantinet moins sec que celui de l’Hérault ? En tout cas bravo aux passionné.e.s qui les ont semées sous forme d'incroyables comestibles !
